I had the privilege of working as a Sales Development Representative at Gorgias, a renowned e-commerce support platform. In this role, I utilized various communication channels such as email, calls, and texts to engage potential clients and schedule demos, ultimately connecting them with our account executives. Furthermore, I possess familiarity with diverse platforms, including Hubspot, expanding my knowledge base in the field.

During my three-year tenure at one of the prominent and largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies, I acquired valuable experience in providing exceptional customer service. Through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone, I developed the expertise to effectively handle customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction. My roles encompassed customer service, billing, and sales, as our company provided a comprehensive range of services including internet, phone, TV subscriptions, and wireless solutions. Throughout this journey, I gained valuable expertise, particularly in sales, where I honed my ability to handle secure payments over the phone, whether through credit/debit cards or various banking accounts such as savings or checking.
