I have worked in the BPO industry for 3 years. I started working for Target card services as a Financial and Authorization specialist. I handled credit cards and debit cards, I was also part of the collections team for accounts that are delinquent for 30 to 60 days.
I also worked as a personal assistant for a real estate investor wherein I do a lot of task, like answering incoming calls, handling email, property research, creating buyers list, calling out the people on our buyers list and also posting ads of the properties we have available online, like on craigslist and Upgrade to see actual info after my contract ended, i worked as a Telemarketer / Appointment setter for a real estate company for 9 months, I'm calling out expired leads, FSBO, and other areas in South Carolina specially in Charleston area. Worked as well for a real estate investor located in Ohio as a personal assistant for 1 year, where in I created Probates list, create contracts, remind him with his appointments and other tasks, and many more. Worked as a admin assistant for a real estate investor located in Phoenix Arizona for almost a year. Where in I am the one who creates the contracts, creates spreadsheet of contacts to upload in mojo. search fixer upper properties in MLS, pull up comps, etc.
