- Chase clients to pay overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging for management review.

**Administrative Assistant:**
-Support the administrative functions of the office, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure efficient operation of the office and support overall business objectives.
