Profile Description

I am a virtual assistant mainly focused on Transcription and Quality Assurance/Analysis. I am a licensed psychometrician and graduated with a Master of Science of Psychology. I have 4 years of Transcription, 2 years of Quality Assurance, and some basic video editing in Davinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. I also have experience in Test Administration for Psychological Assessment and was an assistant for a Graduate School Thesis. I also have experience as a General Virtual Assistant for Admin Support. I have gained experience with E-mail Customer Service via Gorgias, Shopify, and Recharge, using Sharepoint, Notion, Google workspace, Zoho and Salesforce  to file and input information based on my client's requests for file organization, market, and enterprise research.


I also am knowledgeable in Basic Makeup and Hair Artistry. I have also entered various internships for my undergrad and master's degrees under various settings in Psychology (Clinical, Social, Educational, and Industrial/Organizational). I am also open to learning new skills to improve my work ethic and to gain more experience in various fields.
