Hi, my name is ---------- ---------- ---------- . I am 27 years old and a graduate from the State University of Northern Negros with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies.

I just want to share with you my work experiences in the BPO industry, specifically in healthcare accounts, sales accounts, and outbound services.

I have experience working in a healthcare account handling insurance. In this role, I assisted health professionals in verifying their patients’ medical insurance eligibility and benefits. As a representative handling insurance information, you must provide accurate details to health professionals to avoid unnecessary issues with hospital bills. In this account, there are fewer irate customers because most calls are from health professionals seeking patient insurance information.

I can say this account is quite tricky because it deals with the insurance of foreign clients, and they are very particular about money—every cent counts. However, it’s also fulfilling because you can meet the needs of both patients and health professionals. Working in this account for almost seven months was a great experience, and I am beyond grateful for it.

Moreover, in my one year of work experience at Transcom Worldwide Bacolod as a Comcast agent handling billing and sales accounts, we also offered sales to our customers where they could avail discounts. We sold phones, cable, CCTV, internet, and other lines of business that were not yet included in their current services.

Regarding my outbound experience, I handled a loan account where I did cold calls to customers interested in applying for a loan. I assisted them with their questions during the call and explained the terms and conditions of their loan with full transparency. I worked in this account for almost five months, and the experience was a plus for me, especially since my previous work was in an inbound account.

I bring a combination of relevant experience, strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of the project's goals. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results on time. I also take pride in being a strong communicator and a collaborative team player — I listen, adapt quickly, and always keep the project’s success at the center of my priorities. Most importantly, I’m passionate about what I do, and I consistently go the extra mile to ensure that my work not only meets expectations but exceeds them.
