I am a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Do online research. I can work with any online tools. I can be your personal assistant, and give me an assignment of your choice. I have experience doing sales and customer service in the local market.

My most recent job was as an office manager for an appraisal company based in North Carolina, my tasks includes assisting the Appraiser with all the office updates, email management, and task and assignment distribution among staff appraisers. Bidding and accepting orders from clients, communicating thru AMC, portal, emails, and websites. Building up Dropbox files, setting up Anow files, reconciliation of payments, updating, and monitoring company registration and files. Coordinating between staff appraisers. Do the research, mapping, and pulling comparables.

I also worked as a Virtual Assistant at Oregon (US) based Real Estate Appraisal Company as personal and General Virtual Assistant. I became a Business Process Associate in an American company where I worked a lot with mortgage documents, I also became a Transaction Processor in an American healthcare provider, I can also do US Real estate transaction coordination, documentation, and admin support for an appraiser's office. I am far from being an expert but practice makes perfect!
