Profile Description

I've been with the industry of providing customer service for over 10 years. My first
position was with Convergys, one of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines. I have worked for OnStar Corporation which is a subsidiary of General Motors and have assisted with subscription-based communications, in-vehicle security, hands-free calling, turn-by-turn navigation, along with remote diagnostics for their systems.
In my latest employment, I worked in the fashion industry, provided service for multiple companies under the umbrella TechStyle Fashion Group, (formerly JustFab Inc). They are an online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, denim, etc. They offer a personalized shopping experience based on members' indicated fashion preferences. I started as a fashion consultant, with experience in placing orders for the members, educating them on membership benefits, as well as general account management. I was quickly promoted to Supervisor,
in which I was able to handle 10-15 direct employees. I was then offered a trainer post, which I received and stayed as a trainer for 2 years. I had another offer as Senior Coaching Coordinator for another 2 years and handle a team of 25 people. I was the most Senior Trainer/Coach and I was able to train the agents to make sure that we always set the standard of providing great customer service while making sure that the quality of our business is not compromised.
I always think of long-term relationships/goals with my client and make sure that we understand each other's strengths and weaknesses to build a healthy relationship and make the business grow to its potential.
