Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I have been working in the BPO industry since 2015.
Started as a Customer Service Representative, in an Australian Fintech campaign, assisting customers with their loan inquiries via phones, emails, live chat, and SMS.  I also handled Google Cloud campaign as an email tech support, working with engineers with their big data queries.  The most recent one is a video streaming campaign, assisting viewers with their tech and billing queries via phones and live chat.  It was also in this campaign that we pioneered the Mentorship program where we assisted the training team onboard agents from both Phoenix and Manila.
I was a Team Leader for 12 years in a leading courier brand in the Philippines, managing a team of Delivery Associates. During my stay with LBC, I was part of the leadership team that piloted teaUpgrade to see actual inforgers in NCR, Central, and Northern Luzon, as a holistic approach to achieving delivery efficiency.
In the BPO industry, I was promoted to Team Leader year 2022 and have been managing a team of up to 25 agents, until the account was pulled out, on March 31st of this year.  
As a freelancer, I was a Senior Analyst and was tasked to oversee the back-of-house team of a Telco/NBN campaign, a project of Telstra.  during my stay with the campaign, we were able to increase live chat sales from 0 to 25 average sales per month, and their NPS from -4 to +47.  We were able to recommend an increase of FTE as well for both Live Chat and Social Media Team.
