Profile Description

I am a Registered Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in technical support, power plant operations, and electrical design. I currently work as a Technical Support Engineer, supporting hybrid solar systems including inverters, batteries, EV chargers, and energy management systems deployed across residential and commercial sites in Australia.

In my current role, I specialize in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting using cloud-based platforms, analyzing system performance, inverter logs, and energy data to identify faults and improve system reliability. I work closely with electricians and installers during commissioning and configuration, ensuring compliance with Australian standards while delivering fast and effective technical support.

Prior to this, I gained solid experience in power plant operations where I supervised electrical systems, handled maintenance and troubleshooting, and contributed to project execution through estimation, AutoCAD drafting, and site inspections. This background strengthened my understanding of real-world electrical systems, from design to operation and maintenance.

I am proficient in AutoCAD and have working knowledge of electrical estimation tools such as PlanSwift and Groundplan. I also have experience in preventive maintenance, motor control, and electrical testing using standard instruments.
