I have 9 years of experience in a BPO industry and supported not just any client but the big techno fruit giant.
With the length of time I spent assisting this company's customers, I have learned not only the technical terms but also how to provide the best customer service I can in any way in the shortest possible time without compensating the quality of support.
I am keen to details and I can assure you, you'll get your pennies worth and help you grow your business.
When it comes to the quality of my job, you can expect nothing less but the best of the best. You'll also see that I require less supervision and also get myself around stuff. If there is something that I need to learn to do your trade I am a fast learner, too.
With my BPO experience I understand the importance of clear communication both in words and in writing. You will find me easy to talk to and understand the task given.
I am good with any Apple device as I have served as a product specialist myself. Ask me anything about Apple and I'll be happy to impress you, even resolve your technical issues. That does not mean however that my knowledge with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) are not as good. I have extensive use of Microsoft programs and trainings too even when I was with Apple.
I spent a lot of my leisure time on social websites like facebook, pinterest, eyeem and letterboxd. I also have my personal facebook page that I manage.
I am very much flexible on any time that you want me to work. Deadlines are important to me so the task will be done on time.
