I worked
for the BPO industry for more than three years. I can say that working for clients was really tough at first but it was really worthwhile because I learned a lot of things. I improved so much, thanks to my mentors and support. I was able to prove my managers that I can work under pressure and accept constructive criticisms. I worked as a technical support representative and customer service representative under the BPO industry. I learned to be patient and understanding for my client's Upgrade to see actual info has also improved my communication skills and I learned to empathize with others.
I am very proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Becoming part of the BPO industry has also taught me to be a fast learner when it comes to the tools that we needed to utilize. I am an internet savvy and I manage lots of social media accounts.
I describe myself as someone who's very strong-willed and I'm really open to new possibilities. I want to have a long-term and stable job and an environment where I can express myself.
