Hi, I'm Aubrey.

I'm a CRM & Automation Architect, focused on helping service-based businesses create more visibility, consistency, and control through custom CRM systems and workflow automation.

I work with businesses such as medspas, aesthetic clinics, wellness providers, HVAC companies, agencies, and other service-based businesses that are struggling with scattered communication, inconsistent follow-up, manual processes, and limited visibility into their operations.

My goal is to help businesses reduce operational bottlenecks by creating systems that improve lead management, automate repetitive tasks, and provide a clearer view of what's happening behind the scenes.

Before transitioning into CRM and automation, I spent over 5 years supporting a U.S. healthcare account in a fast-paced BPO environment. During that time, I developed strong skills in problem-solving, documentation, communication, process adherence, and handling complex customer concerns.

Today, I'm applying those same skills to building organized, reliable systems that help businesses operate more efficiently.
