Profile Description

I have been in the customer service industry for 7 years. I previously worked as a financial specialist with H&R Block for 3 months then I was transferred to a telecommunication account and worked as technical support under AT&T UVERSE and Mobility for three years and was then promoted to a supervisor wherein I trained and handled a whole team for them to be able to provide the best quality of service that was set by the company's clients. I am excellent in handling technical troubleshooting and I never fail to make all issues resolved before I let them go. I also worked with Dialpad and UberConference fromUpgrade to see actual info. I believe that getting technical problems resolved is not something to brag about for that is what I am expected to Upgrade to see actual info order for the clients to be fully satisfied with the service, I have to make the extra mile for them by means of empathy. 

I am someone who is definitely flexible, hard-working, and a fast learner. My goal is to gain a constant full-time or part-time job from the comfort of my home.
