I can communicate well in English both written and orally, thus I can reply well to different questions that customers may have. I am also knowledgeable in using different social media platforms.

Amazon Account Health Specialist: I can check your Amazon account to ensure that it is healthy using Amazon's account health metrics. Knowledgeable in managing Amazon Seller Central. I have experience in processing orders, refunds, and replacements on Amazon. I can respond to messages on inquiries or complaints by studying the brand. I also edit videos to run as ads in Amazon. 

Affiliate Marketing VA: I have expertise in utilizing Avantlink for affiliate searches and generating reports. With experience in affiliate recruitment and administrative support, I am well-equipped to assist with various tasks in affiliate marketing. Additionally, I excel in working closely with affiliates to ensure seamless collaborations and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
