- Cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Procurement and billing management
- Change order processing and variance analysis
- Project documentation and reporting
- Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and engineers

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Construction Management, continuously developing my expertise in project planning, cost control, and strategic management.

 I’m open to remote or part-time roles in cost control, project coordination, or engineering support.
