Profile Description

- I graduated in 2018 with a degree in BS Civil Engineering. Right after graduation I started to work in structural company specializing in piling works. However when I discovered Fit-out works which fall under architectural scope, I decided to stay-in this line of works. Since 2019 up to the present I've been focused on the architectural field, particularly in finishing works.                                              - I started from entry level position as a Field engineer then I was promoted to supervisor eventually I was given the opportunity  to handle projects and took on the role of project in charge. Currently I am working at the level position of assistant project manager                                                 
 - In my current role as an assistant project manager, I am responsible for over seeing over all project management activities.                                                                                   
 - I work closely to with the procurement team to monitor the status of materials base on the Bill of materials (BOM) ensuring that delivery schedules are met as planned.                                                     
- I also coordinate with the quantity surveyor (QS) team to check the discrepancy between as per plan and actual site conditions. if there are designed changes or deviations, I assist in processing the corresponding change orders.                                 
- I am involved in preparation of project billing.                                                                   
 - I also conduct project status report to my project manager.                                           
- I also Utilize Planswift software to support the estimation process generate accurate costing and aid budgeting.                                                                                                         
- Beyond this I provide over all supervision and coordination to ensure the successful execution of the projects.
