Profile Description

An eager-learner whose into marketing and admin jobs. I've ample amount of experience being employed in a tech-company as a sales and marketing coordinator for almost five years.

Moreover, I've worked in a market research Upgrade to see actual info's an outbound type of BPO where we handle high volume of calls. Simply put, I was once a telemarketer.

Having said that, we call different households across the country covering all time zones including Hawaii and Alaska to do Upgrade to see actual info's a production based company so there's no time for us to slack and be complacent.

I'm a very passionate and patient individual who can perform task under pressure, well-versed in US English both written and oral. Talking to irate and at times rude customers is our expertise. I was a former copyreader and headline writer for our official school publication and have been to competition on this field too. I may need a little guidance on doing tasks that I've no experience with but nevertheless, I am a quick learner and do practice active listening.

I may not be an expert of many platforms but that doesn't make me less of a candidate. I have a burning desire to learn new things. A small effort can work to lit up a fire. I hope to hear some positive response and I look forward to meet my future employer.
