Profile Description

I am a responsible and dependable Virtual Assistant with an experience of 6 years in the call center industry. I had the privilege of working as a billing and finance specialist, customer and technical support associate for two leading telecommunications companies in the US back in the year 2009 until 2015. I also had the chance to work as a chat support specialist for a US cable company. 

I am very familiar with Terapeak and Zik Analytics as I usually use these platforms for product research from my VA job of 6 years from 2017 to 2024 and also had the opportunity to do Product listing for eBay, Shopify, Dropshipzone and Amazon Australia.

The experiences I had molded my skills to deliver the best customer service thus allowing me to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues.
