Profile Description

I am a Psychology graduate with strong hands-on experience in human resources support, project coordination, and organizational leadership. 

During my internship with the Philippine National Police Regional Medical and Dental Unit 10, I assisted in administrative HR tasks including personnel records management, interview facilitation, and the evaluation process for promotions and demotions. I have conducted interviews for officers and applicants, ensuring they met the necessary standards and qualifications.

Beyond my internship, I served as Department Head for Social Involvements at the Xavier University Psychology Society. In this role, I led community outreach initiatives, organized donation drives, and coordinated awareness campaigns to address pressing social issues. I am skilled in planning and implementing events, managing teams, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and with high quality.

I am proficient in communication, both written and verbal, and I adapt easily to virtual work environments. I value professionalism, confidentiality, and clear reporting.
