Troubleshooting Services Resolve issues related to: Internet connectivity (modem/router resets, signal issues) Cable TV (no signal, missing channels, DVR issues) Xfinity Voice (VoIP problems, dropped calls) Escalation Handling • Determine when to escalate to a field technician or higher-tier tech support. Create trouble tickets for unresolved or complex System Documentation Record problem resolutions, tech notes, and call summaries accurately.
