Profile Description

I worked as a Quality Assurance Staff for
a year and a half in an Outsourcing Company. My responsibilities were the following:
- Pre-requisite checking, sample selection, mining, mines checking and audit reports generation.
- Compliance to required quantity and quality in chopping of files, data entry of errors and generation of Quick Quality Assurance report.
- Coordination with the Quality Assurance Team Manager problems encountered that may hinder job completion and recommends solution or course of action.
I also worked as a Data Encoder in a Company that caters Optic Lenses and handled different responsibilities. Added experience I've had was when I worked as a Sales Representative in a BPO Company.
