Here are some of my job experiences

1. I signed up for a Customer Service Representative role focusing on mobility postpaid accounts. We handled billing, inquiries, sales, travel packages/concerns, bank/payment concerns, tech and other concerns. In the long run, since it's an inhouse company and we have access to other lob, I learned and serve not only mobility postpaid but also prepaid, virgin and residential services.
