AI Engineer | Full-Stack Developer
I'm John, an AI Engineer and Full Stack Developer. I build agentic AI systems, voice and chat, that solve real problems for businesses. Agents that answer every call in a natural voice, join live meetings and speak when addressed, manage
I came to AI from full stack development, and I never left it. Two years of freelancing taught me to carry a product alone from first requirements to deployment and beyond: backends, databases, real time pipelines, and the interfaces people actually use. If it ships to a user, I've built it.
The project I'm proudest of is DanaOne, my Computer Engineering capstone. The Philippines loses communication in nearly every big typhoon, so I built a solar powered LoRa mesh network that keeps communities connected when the towers and power fail. In field tests it delivered 98.8% of 1,500 messages and held 99.9% uptime across ten days. That project set the standard I hold everything else to: "it has to work when it matters".

Experience: 2 - 5 years
Confident in using Python for various tasks, including basic scripting, data analysis, and web development. I’ve worked on personal projects that involve data processing with Pandas and NumPy, built simple machine learning models using scikit-learn, and created GUI applications with Tkinter. I also used Python in developing web apps with Django and solving real-world problems like sales driver analysis and differential equation calculations. While I still consider myself a learner, I'm comfortable with Python’s syntax, logic, and libraries, and I’m actively improving through hands-on projects.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Beginner in data analytics with practical experience gained through personal projects. I’ve worked with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, and scikit-learn to clean, analyze, and visualize data. One of my key projects involved analyzing sales drivers using a Decision Tree model, helping identify patterns that affect performance. I’ve also explored data visualization and basic predictive modeling. While I’m still learning advanced techniques, I’m comfortable working with datasets and continuously improving my skills through real-world practice.

intermediate in web development, with hands-on experience building personal projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express, and Django. I’ve developed full-stack applications where I handled both frontend design and backend logic. While I’m still improving my skills, I’m comfortable creating simple responsive layouts, setting up APIs, and working with databases like MongoDB, SQL, and SQLite. Most of my learning comes from real-world practice and self-directed projects, which have helped me understand how different web technologies work together.

intermediate in Django with hands-on experience through building a full project like AIdaptED, an AI-powered education platform. I’ve worked with Django to set up routes, views, templates, and models, and used SQLite for data storage. While I'm still learning, I’ve gained practical knowledge in integrating backend logic, handling user data, and managing basic authentication. Continuously improving through real-world practice and personal projects.

Beginner in automation using n8n, with growing experience in creating simple workflows for marketing automation tasks. I’ve explored setting up automated processes such as sending emails, collecting leads, syncing data between apps, and integrating basic APIs. While I’m still learning, I understand how to use n8n's no-code/low-code environment to reduce manual work and improve efficiency in marketing-related processes. Actively expanding my skills to build more advanced automation for real-world applications.
