Profile Description

? Systems Project Manager
o Help and implement system delivery success to the project.
o Determining hold points throughout the project.
o Making sure that the system works efficiently and effectively in minimizing unwanted
costs and wastes.
o Implementing the most merited solution.

? Engineering Bidding Head
o Supervising the performance of the team to ensure the quality of work and to meet the
deadlines.
o Conduct trainings and discussions for new Quantity Surveyors regarding proper take-off
and methodologies.
o Coordinating with Clients regarding commercial matters.
o Reviewing and validating cost proposals done by Cost Engineer.
o Participating in Negotiations of Cost Proposals.
o Reviewing the commercial aspects of Contracts.
o Reviewing and validating the material request of site operation if it’s within the scope of
the contract.

? Cost Engineer
o Review Bid Documents and Contract Documents of the project.
o Format and Review the Bill of Quantity and Bill of Preliminaries of the project.
o Review the Breakdown done by the quantity surveyor if it follows the standard of the
company.
o Prepare the costing for the project.
o Attend site inspections and meeting with the clients prior to negotiation/clarification if the
project is subject for awarding.

? Quantity Surveyor
o Attend site inspections and meeting with the clients prior to negotiation/clarification if the
project is subject for awarding.
o Established and maintained relationships with subcontractors and trades.
o Prepare request for quotations for the handled project and if needed, do some
canvassing works. d) Quantity Surveyed of materials.
o Prepared technical requirements (Project Schedule, Manpower Loading, Cash flow
Diagram, and Company Profile).

? Quality Assurance and Quality Control
o Attend Site meeting regarding the status of work.
o Inspect the work done (Plastering, Concrete Topping, Installation of Tiles) to ensure
quality of work.
o Report to the project in charge the job done throughout the day.
o Coordinate with the project management team and related contractor for the inspection
and handover of area.
