As a Project Manager:
• Practice Agile and Kanban project management methodology 
• Use various Project Management tools such as Azure Boards (Kanban/Agile), JIRA, ASANA, Trello, LiquidPlanner, Redmine, and Harvest 
• Carry through the phases of Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Evaluation in the Project Management Life Cycle 
• Provide regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders 
• Ensure project tasks are timely by consistent follow-up 
• Manage daily project operations, concerns, and requests for both external and internal stakeholders

As a Quality Assurance Engineer: 
• 8 years of experience as QA Engineer 
• 5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer 
• Apply agile methodologies such as Kanban 
• Automate test using Selenium WebDriver 
• Code test scripts using Python and C# programming language 
• Use PyCharm IDE, Visual Studio IDE, VS Code, and Sublime Text for coding 
• Utilize BrowserStack and Sauce Labs for manual and automated cross-browser testing
 • Use various Project Management tools such as Azure Boards (Kanban/Agile), JIRA, ASANA, Trello, LiquidPlanner, Redmine, and Harvest 
• Utilize version control repositories like Azure Repos (Git Version Control), BitBucket, Github, and GitLab 
• Use different Screen Capture tools like Jing, LiceCap, and JIRA Capture 
• Develop Test Plans and Test Cases using Azure Test Plans 
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools such as Azure Pipelines ("Build and Release"), CircleCI, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps 
• Knowledge of Appium native, hybrid, and mobile web testing 
• Manages a team of 9 QA Engineer
