I help small businesses, startups, and online sellers or stores to stay organized and visible - without them having to hire a full team to do it.
My focus is split across three things that tend to overlap more than people expect: social media management, e-commerce support, and general virtual assistance. In practice, that means planning and scheduling content so a brand doesn't go quiet for two weeks, listing and optimizing products so they're easier to find and buy, and handling the day-to-day admin
I'm early in my freelance career. I'll say that plainly instead of dressing it up. What I bring instead of years of client history is training I've actually completed (Virtual Assistance and Social Media Marketing Training, Batch 91), and hands-on practice through mock projects and simulations where I've run content calendars, researched products, and handled customer support scenarios from start to finish. I'd rather show you what I can already do than pad a number that isn't real yet.
Tools I work in regularly: Buffer, Hootsuite, and Publer for scheduling; Canva and CapCut for content; Asana, Trello, ClickUp,
Outside of training, I also run a few small businesses on the ground. A printing and photocopying shop, a sari-sari store, a WiFi reselling service, and government assistance services for local customers. It's given me a practical sense of what day-to-day small business operations actually need, which is part of why I want to do this kind of support work for others.
My based is in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, working remotely with clients anywhere. If you're a business owner trying to keep your social presence consistent, your product listings competitive, or your inbox from controlling your day - that's the kind of work I'm set up to take on.
Open to chatting if you want to see how I work before committing to anything.

Day-to-day tasks pile up and pull focus away from running the business. I will take on the recurring admin and operational tasks that keep a business running. One reliable point of contact for the small things that add up. So you have more hours to have with.

I know that posting gets inconsistent the moment business gets busy, and engagement drops. So i plan and run a steady posting schedule across platforms so your page stays active even when you don't have time to think about it. A repeatable content system like calendar, captions, posting times that built around your brand voice. Your social presence keeps growing without it eating your day.

Followers and likes don't always turn into actual inquiries or sales. What will i do is to use organic content and engagement. CTAs, DMs, built in comment funnels in a specific platform to move followers toward inquiries, building on foundational lead-gen training. A clear pathways from customers POV from "saw your post" to "sent a message." Social media starts working toward leads, not just visibility.

That posting alone only reaches people who already follow you, how about the other one that not followed you yet? A paid promotion is how you reach new audiences, but it's intimidating to start without guidance. I prefer to work and handle organic content day-to-day compare paid ones but paid is 50/50 either win or equal, and bring foundational training in how ad campaigns are structured, targeted, and budgeted properly and ready to apply directly once given access to a live ad account. Strong organic growth now, with the groundwork laid to add paid promotion as your needs grow. A VA like me who can scale into paid ads with you instead of being limited to organic only.

A listing with weak titles, photos, or descriptions gets buried under competitors. I know that lol and i feel that. What I do is to rewrite and structure product listings from titles, bullet points, descriptions and using keywords buyers actually search for. SEO-optimized listings built to rank within the platform's own search. More of the right eyes land on the product, not just more eyes.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I know that flooded inbox means important messages get buried or answered too late. So here i come, i will sort, prioritize, and respond to routine emails, flagging what actually needs your attention. You ever hear the term Zero Inbox? Well i can also do that. A clean, organized inbox with a clear system for what's urgent vs. what can wait. Nothing important gets missed, and you're not drowning in unread messages.

As the order volume grows, manual processing turns into delays, errors, and unhappy buyers. If you get this then im sure, you dont want unhappy customer to your store haha. So, what will i do is to handle order processing, tracking updates, and fulfillment coordination so nothing falls through the cracks. A consistent fulfillment workflow that scales with order volume. Orders go out accurately and on time, even during busy stretches. I don't mean AI, AI is costy and it cost more than your sale so the best option is get assistant for yourself. Not only for this but everything that will be helpful into your store and that's where i come in.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Before i got to know what SMM is i always scrambling for a content. Scrambling for "what to post today" leads to rushed, low-quality content. I'll plan content ahead of time like topics, captions, formats so that there's always something ready to go. A content pipeline that removes the daily scramble. Better content, posted on time, every time.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Posting in the moment means missed peak hours and inconsistent presence. I build and maintain a content schedule so posts go out consistently, even without daily manual input. Like a queued schedule mapped to your audience's best engagement times. Consistent presence without you having to remember to post.

Admin work is necessary but rarely the best use of an owner's time. Because of handle scheduling, data entry, document prep, and other admin tasks. Admin handled consistently in the background. So you have less busywork on your plate, more time for decisions only you can make.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Do you have double-bookings and missed meetings happen when scheduling gets squeezed in between everything else. I feel you. Even here at my local missed bookings of my customer means no sales for me. You must be on time of what the schedule have, if you missed it then its done, as in done your business. What I do is to manage your calendar from bookings, reminders, rescheduling so that your time stays organized. A calendar that's actually accurate and conflict-free. One less thing to track mentally every day.

Slow replies to customers cost trust and sales, especially for small businesses without a dedicated support team. For that ill handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups through chat or email with clear, friendly responses. Faster response times and a consistent, professional tone across every interaction. Customers feel heard and taken care of, even when you're not the one replying.

Even though i dont have a team, im a solo business owner that only rely on my family when i need something. But ive use project management tool not for my family but for my task to do for my business. Tasks get assigned but nobody's tracking whether they actually get done. What ill do is to keep projects organized from deadlines, owners, status updates, so nothing stalls. A clear coordination point keeping tasks moving. Projects finish on time because someone's actually tracking them.

Finding a reliable suppliers or sourcing options takes time most owners don't have same as with mine, local business here. What I do is to research, canvas and compare sourcing options based on price, reliability, and product fit. A vetted shortlist of sourcing options to choose from. Less time spent chasing suppliers, more time deciding.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Choosing products to sell without data is a gamble. What i do is research demand, competition, and pricing trends before a product gets added to the store. A shortlist backed by actual market data, not guesswork. Fewer wasted listings, more informed decisions.
