During this time, I managed inventory through SAP, oversaw sales management, trained cashiers, and handled customer service. Transitioning to Stronghold Insurance Company Inc. in 2022, I took on administrative tasks, customer service, and policy issuance. Currently, I am expanding my skill set through an online course in Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant, focusing on product research, supplier sourcing, and keyword research, and I have gained proficiency in tools like Helium 10.
