I have been in the customer service field (email and chat) I am excellent in handling email responses and managing chats. Providing outstanding customer assistance is my passion and rectifying one's issue is my goal in every contact. I don't just fix the issue for the customer, I also make them feel delighted and appreciated.
I am a very fast learner and I am open to learning new software needed to be able to perform my job.
I am professional, friendly, upbeat, compassionate, positive, and always make sure that I am knowledgeable enough to resolve all customer issues in a timely manner. I can work under pressure with minimum supervision. I am trustworthy; committed to superior customer service; detail-oriented, resourceful; and be able to multi-task effectively. Also, I am very much willing to undergo training if necessary.
