I am a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology. I have been working as a GL Accountant at Arla Foods for over four years, where I am responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling financial statements and accounts, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
In my current role, I apply my skills in account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes. I also record and adjust various entries into the company's accounting ledger, perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, and handle monthly closing activities. I am motivated by delivering high-quality financial information and providing solutions to control issues.
