Profile Description

I have 13 years of experience in the BPO Industry and 5 years as Email Outreach VA. My skills include Business to Business Outbound Soft Sales; Customer Service by Phone; Email Support, Back-Office Support for Publishing account; Medical Prior Authorization Field; and Chat Services for an E-commerce Site. 
My experiences helped me understand the needs of the customer and create a good relationship with them that results in getting not only the customer's satisfaction but also self-affirmation that you are doing good in your job. With these qualities, I was able to get commendations, and rewards. I was also given recommendation to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert). I was able to assist other customer representatives, provides coaching sessions and monitor the quality of their work.
My ability to focus, listen and apply what was taught helped me to excel in what I do. These experiences made me confident to deal with the customers and clients verbally and written. With proper guidance and training I can manage working with minimal supervision.
