I am also an online seller for 3 years, I have a thrift shop. I'm a one-man team, from posting products, responding to queries sending invoices, handling complaints to the packaging, I'm all that. So I fully understand how to empathize with the customers. My goal is to deliver proactive and timely support or solutions to make the customers feel cared for.

Being an ESL tutor for 2 years helped me improve my organizational skills, multi-task, and be resourceful. Teaching different types of people, nationalities, ages, and genders taught me to adapt and adjust based on how and in what ways I can teach and communicate with them.

Being a Customer Service Representative at iQor for a year taught me the importance of customer loyalty, understanding customer needs, and an ability to calm agitated or distressed customers. My main task before was to keep the customers and other employees up-to-date on latest devices and technology. Answered a Number of calls per shift to meet fast-paced call center demands. Achieved high satisfaction rating through proactive one-call resolution of customer issues.

I edit videos for Youtube as a hobby but eventually became handy when I became a Sales Affiliate on Tiktok. I use Filmora And CapCut.

I use Canva for editing engaging Social media posts on my Online Shop. I also used it before when I managed a Kitchenware/Dinnerware retail store on Instagram.
