Others to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
Use Canva: Create visually appealing images for job postings that capture attention.
Enter applicant data: Input candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System.
Pre-screening interviews: Conduct interviews for candidates applying to the BPO industry.
Back office: Create applicant profiles and send emails to the client.
