E-COMMERCE TASK

1. Shopify Order Tracking
• Keep tabs on unfulfilled orders in Shopify and organize them using a traffic light system or another efficient method. This keeps our manufacturing team informed about upcoming orders.
• Also, handle order fulfillment from other e-commerce platforms when necessary.

2. Shopify Order Check-In
• Personally double-check the quality of products purchased by customers via email after 30 days or fewer, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our products.

3.Manufacturer Followup, new-order and re-order
• Stay in touch with manufacturers (Example. A China Manufacturer), to guarantee the accuracy and precision of company orders, re-orders, and follow-ups.
• Ask about the company's desired specification of specific item details and track the frieght/delivery status of ordered items.



ADMIN TASK

I'm familiar with a wide range of apps, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as specialist software like Ecomposer for generating landing sites. with addition, I am adept with using Chat GPT, Shopify, Canva, Adobe's suite of programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as Capcut for video editing. I'm comfortable managing social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, and I'm proficient in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Staad Pro, and Sketch-Up. In addition, I use Google Calendar to properly organize my work and schedule, and Zoom to enhance collaboration.
