My customer service experience includes customer support, chat support, sales, and lead conversion. I assisted customers by answering inquiries, providing product recommendations, resolving concerns, processing orders, and guiding potential buyers through the purchasing process while ensuring a positive customer experience.

I have hands on experience running our own e commerce businesses, managing the entire online selling process from creating and optimizing product listings to inventory tracking, order management, customer service, and store maintenance. Using Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, I have helped ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

My digital marketing experience comes from building and promoting our own brands through social media and e commerce. I created content, wrote captions, managed campaigns, ran basic Meta ads, and supported product launches to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

While I have not worked as a Virtual Assistant in a formal role, I have gained hands on experience performing many of the same responsibilities through managing our own businesses. These include email and calendar management, customer communication, scheduling, data entry, file organization, e commerce support, and other administrative tasks. These experiences have helped me develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
