Profile Description

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are on track.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in project management software.
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
Support the preparation of invoices and financial reports.
Liaise with clients and vendors regarding payments, contracts, and procurement.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external project inquiries.
Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Address administrative and logistical challenges promptly.
Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
Perform quality checks on project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiar with design and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) 
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
