I worked in the call center industry since 2014. I started working as a customer/ technical service representative for 5 years before I got the position of Workforce Analyst. I worked in a US based company and an Airline for those years of experience and all of it has sales included in the metrics. On my current role, I am focusing on creating reports, managing templates, staffing, scheduling and real time tasks. I am also doing coaching sessions and meetings not limited to agents but also as a lead of the team and with business partners/ clients. I also worked part time as a medical scribe for a Psychiatric Practitioner, data entry specialist and review creator.
