Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for 7 years now and I am capable of doing writing report, creating presentation and many offices works for the company. I also know how to work with Wordpress although I am far from being an expert, I do a little blogging. I know Photoshop very well, MS Word and much more. I have worked on lots of different websites more in building them and a little writing content for them.

I am very independent and fast learner. I can work with minimal supervision and deliver outstanding results. I want a long-term, stable job where I can help you build your business.

I worked for eBay as a customer consultant for seller helping them create, revise, delete a listing and manage their stores. 

Now I am working as a Resolution Specialist at Amazon. Started as Customer service.
