I worked at Amazon as a seller support representative for one year in a BPO. As a recent graduate, it was interesting and challenging. It tests my patience when handling irate sellers and learn how to multitask my workloads.

It was a little bit hard at first as a technical support after my previous account, since I was focused on handling inventories, deliveries, shipping, and managing status accounts and restrictions of a certain product on Amazon. So it was an added skill for me, although I'm an IT graduate. Handling Arlo cameras was so different because you would guide a customer to repair their cameras while we were on call. Aside from that, I'm a multi-channel expert when I'm switching to chat, voice, and email support when there is a high volume of queues. When handling 2 chats, I'm also answering emails in queues.
