Profile Description

GeneralVirtual Assistant -- tasks are more on back office and support to all
departments. This position for me is like being a jack of all trades, I am
assigned to tasks that can be done via the cloud so being a technical person is
very important because I have to learn new software or applications that the
company is using in a short period of time. Experienced in email management,
calendar management, hotel, flight and event place reservation, CRM update,
project management, and handling team as a leader.

Executive Virtual Assistant -- Handling the CEO's calendar, email management, and client engagements and also acting as the Operations Manager for the global team wherein I am the first point of contact of all the department heads. I am in charge of reporting to the CEO on a daily basis using our cloud-based CRM, messaging app, and cloud phones.

HR Personnel -- handled timekeeping, payroll, end-to-end recruitment, and employee relations. Experienced in doing job postings, resume research, evaluation, and conducting initial interviews via Skype. Shortlisting of candidates to be forwarded to our clients. Make sure new hires have submitted all required
documentation before they are onboard. Make sure that employees' concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

System Administrator -- in charge of WordPress update (SEO) and account creation for company logins and access using Hostgator, account creation for other tools like CRM Bitrix24, Grasshopper for telephones, and Xlite for the sales
department. Trained people how to use specific software and applications. Also, do troubleshooting when employees' have issues with their company access.

Project Management -- in charge of handling a team of writers to make sure to achieve quotas and deadlines. Monitoring on a daily basis the writers and making sure to be updated on each article they are assigned to. Then making sure I rely on all their concerns and questions to the clients. Update clients from time to time about the status of the articles. Worked for another company and managed a team of 35 people who worked from home in the Philippines.

SEO -- worked as an SEO Specialist and handled tasks involving social media
optimization, WordPress, and Select On Site website ranking pages. Geo-tagging
of photos, bing, and google places Upgrade to see actual infoO on-page and off-page tasks.

Lead Generation -- Doing lead generation using paid tools like leads, kahuna, and profit renegade. Also did manual lead generation using the Chamber of Commerce, Sales Navigation by LinkedIn, and Google manual research. Filter leads and convert them to CSV files and upload them to our dialer for the sales representatives to call.

Data Analysis and Research -- Worked with a construction company searching for General Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, and other categories
required. Knowledge in intense research using the topics provided to me. Make
sure to get as much information for each business or lead. Also did
competitors' research and market research.
