I've been working for 9 years and counting now as a Medical biller /  Accounts Receivable Upgrade to see actual infonding disputes/ appeal to different insurances such as BCBS , UHC , Medicare , Medicaid , Tricare , Cigna , Humana etc. We are also working on getting denied claims paid whether it's denied for no auth , eligibility , preparing medical records, appeal, reconsideration letter, Coordination Of Benefits. And end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes from charge entry - claims billing - payment posting - collections- denial management.
