- Medical scribing & EHR documentation (ModMed EMA, RevolutionEHR, Practice Fusion); managed 50-60 patients per day in dermatology and optometry. I can also handle comprehensive scribing for family medicine (SOAP notes). 

- Insurance verification (40-50 patients per day), processed 50-100 claims per day, and prior authorizations 

- Pharmacy communications, referrals, and follow-ups

- Supporting telehealth workflows, secure messaging using SolutionReach, and HIPAA-compliant communication through email. 

- In my previous role as a company nurse at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation, I handled occupational health, compliance, patient care protocols, and documentation under strict safety standards.

- I’m skilled in using Solutionreach, CyberGear, RingCentral, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and remote workflow tools. I’m detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator in English (written & spoken).
