I am Anthony Duran, a college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, major in Electrical Technology. However, I did not practice my degree because I've worked in the Non-BPO and BPO Industries.
Although my degree is a bit technical, it helped me develop strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, which I've applied throughout my professional career.
I have over a decade of experience working in both BPO and non-BPO industries, and this experience has equipped me with skills that are highly relevant to virtual assistance. I started my career as a Content Analyst, where I reviewed and organized journal content, ensured accuracy, and maintained quality standards. This role helped me become highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when working with data and written materials.
I later moved into the BPO industry, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative handling both inbound,
outbound calls, and as a dispatcher. Through these roles, I strengthened my communication skills, customer service abilities, and experience in
In addition, I gained experience as a Graphics Specialist, creating visual materials and supporting branding needs. This allows me to assist with basic design tasks, social media content, and simple graphics when needed.
Overall, I consider myself adaptable, tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time. I'm confident that my background in customer service, content management, operations, and creative support allows me to effectively support clients and teams remotely.
I bring a strong work ethic, a commitment to accuracy, and a willingness to learn new tools quickly. I'm truly excited about the opportunity to work as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, and contribute to the success of your team. I recently finished the 144-hour TESDA - PCCI Virtual Assistant Training
last December 2025. I hope you will give me a chance to work in your esteemed company.
