I have been working as a Transaction Coordinator for over 5 years now.
Much of my experiences are focused on assisting Real Estate Agents with their transactions.
- writing contracts and other amends
- contacting the buyers for any signatures that they are missing on any documents
- responding
- scheduling inspection at the property
- communicating with the Listing Agent for any documents that are missing and/or not signed
- communicating with the lender for property appraisal and loan approval status
- coordinating with the Title/Escrow to get an update for the Earnest Money
- scheduling closing appointment
- making sure all the documents needed for the transactions are complete and full executed and uploading them in KW Command.
