Profile Description

I have spent the last three years developing my skills as a Customer Service Representative for Convergys and Aegis People Support. I was also an I.T Coordinator for almost a year where I have been assigned to supervise my team. I coordinate with different kinds of clients from Singapore. I love managing teams and I am not intimidated by learning new things. I was a Quality Assurance for 1 year, for an American Company called California Marketing Group. I was also a Virtual Assistant then after a year I was raised into a Team Leader, I feel I’m now ready for a more challenging assignments. I am good in Data entries, editing images in Canvas, scheduling post in Hootsuite etc. I am a very patient person capable of dealing with irate and demanding customers. I can think out of the box. I can do multi-tasking and can work less supervision. I am a team player, and I get along with people very well.
