Profile Description

     I am a virtual assistant, former bank customer service associate and a teacher. With the experiences I had, I was able to enhance my skills in different industries. As a virtual assistant in my previous company, I was able to gain relevant experiences in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Shopify, Etsy and eBay. I was able to perform tasks such as creating listings, product auditing, creating invoices, handling spreadsheets, product sourcing from Alibaba, negotiating with product suppliers, arranging product shipments with manufacturers and forwarding services, product keyword optimization and handling UPC codes. I was also exposed to the marketing side of the company such as handling official social media accounts of the brand and developed skills in scheduling discounts, posting ads in social media, creating AMS sponsored product ads, email marketing through Mailchimp, creating attractive social media posts via Canva, scheduling daily engaging social media posts and interacting with influencers for product promotion. I also learned to work with other people harmoniously for the success of the company.

     My virtual assistant experience has been awesome since I started and I am looking forward to offer the skills I have with other companies. Previously, I also worked as a Customer Service Associate at Philippine Savings Bank where I developed my skills in handling monetary transactions, creating invoices and interacting with clients regarding financial concerns. Furthermore, I am a grade school teacher by profession. As a teacher, there are a lot of skills I can offer. I have developed effective communication skills both oral and written means. I am patient, hardworking and loyal to the company I belong in. I can easily adapt to changes and can finish the work assign to me on time and with quality. Lastly, I am very willing to learn more in order to contribute to the success of the company.
