Profile Description

Currently looking for clients to hone my skills and bring out the best of my potential. I have experience in Content Planning for Social Media, Product listing for Shopify as well as I was a  Podcast show notes VA and a Podcast Booking agent.
I was a Lead Generation Specialist/Telemarketer for a Chinese Manufacturing Company which caters to Tooling, Plastic Injection Molds, and Die Casting. I was with them for almost 10 months. 
I used to work in a Knowledge Processing Outsourcing company as an Associate Processor, and I've been with them for 9 months.  We handled customer inquiries via outbound calls through telephone, fax, and email; updated existing customer information into the system, processed orders, forms, and applications; researched required information using available resources; provides customers with product and service information.

I had a few of my shares with BPO experiences. I was a customer care consultant for Teleperformance-Bacolod for 1 year and 6 months, for a travel account, and prior to that, I had short stints with Teletech-Bacolod, Epldt Ventus, and a small-time call center company called Comtech Vigo. I can say that when it comes to customer service, I am Upgrade to see actual infoom navigating systems to erratic schedules, even encountering different people from all walks of Upgrade to see actual info is a massive learning ground for someone who wants to venture into a different spectrum called home base work.

I also worked as a Korean English Tutor and a Korean School, as well as working with the administration as HR, Payroll, and Assistant Personnel.
I am knowledgeable with different tools and CRMs such as ClickUp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Upgrade to see actual info, Canva, Xero, Salesforce, and Clockify.
