I worked as a Customer Service Representative for an Australian company and I also worked in a Hospital as an Administrative Staff and Human Resource Recruitment, with 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant. I believe that the skills and experiences I have gained at this position make me an ideal candidate for the said position.
As Customer Service Representative, I have developed strUpgrade to see actual info writing and communication skills. One of my main duties is to give a good customer service experience and handling their concerns in regards to their listings and we are also engaged in sales. I’ve also been a Subject Matter Expert / Call Quality Analyst, engaged in call listening to insure agents was able to provide clients with outstanding customer service experience and was able to provide assurance and evaluate their performance by giving them Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, I also worked as an Administrative Staff I am responsible in assisting CEO with regards to their meetings and daily activities. I am also responsible in computing Physician’s daily and monthly Upgrade to see actual infonding a month to date reports to Board of Directors. Have also been engaged in recruitment processes such as screening candidates, job posting, make follow-up to potential candidates endorsing them to respective managers. 
I am also an experienced Virtual Assistant for an American client, I am the one who is responsible in managing her online buisness, creating lead, managing her calendar meetings, stock reviews and inventories. 
These duties require a meticulous writing and editing skills, and an ability to convey complex legal ideas clearly. I have received praise for giving customer satisfactions.
