I was able to be a professional English tutor for Japanese students who are eager to learn. It was exhilarating given that it combined things that I love doing, which is helping people and studying languages. I was not only able to teach but I was also able to learn from my students' experiences and how they view life, overall broadening my perspective.

Through this experience, I was able to strengthen my organizational skills and expand my knowledge of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specifically with HR processes and workplace documentation.
