Profile Description

Most of my background came from 6 years in the University of San Carlos, Cebu.

This was part writer, part researcher, part lecturer.

I primarily wrote and lectured about survey of arts, cultural literatures, and trans-media stories. 

Based on my memory, there were three things that I was (to a degree) most proud of:

(1) Researcher - SYLLABI CREATION

I was educated by my Literature and Humanities' colleagues, who had vast knowledge about curriculum design and modular education.

These syllabi were created to give students comprehensive knowledge about these societal, literary, political factors that influenced old cultural heritages, modern pop cultures, and subcultures.

(2) Lecturer - COACH STUDENTS FOR COMPETITION

I also had this privilege to coach certain students with humanities related activities, particularly for inter-collegiate competitions like CESAFI. 

The competitions were usually for oration and essays, and with varying themes and topics.

But, the guidelines of competitions often prompted me to make a progressive plan, so that each student could highlight their strengths and prioritize their goals.

(3) Writer - COLLABORATIONS

Aside from those above, I also spend time to investigate and write about certain genres:

- Fiction, or short stories that usually related to the noire genre, and some sci-fi and fantasy.
- Dramas, particularly segments or scenes that had funny or important or serious topics.
- Non-fiction, such as essays about history, food, technology, fashion, and aspects of culture.
- Collaboration thesis papers with my advisees, which created these papers that (I think) "stood out."
- And, write-ups that talked about the significance for transmedia stories, which is a field I'm interested in.

Overall, I think my background has given me a fair amount of "curiosity" to investigate on topics.

Based on this, I think I can contribute considerable information and knowledge, which can provide clients with creative perspectives about their niches and domains.
