Profile Description

I have been in the food and hospitality industry for 12 years, 8 months in Recruitment, 1 year in English Language School both as an admin and ESL teacher and, 6 months  in a call center industry. I have a great skill in dealing with customers regarding their concerns. I can build a strong customer-employee relationship through my superb customer service. I have proven this as my superiors told me that I have a good feedback from the customers and had a great numbers in my performance. I didn't achieve this just because I needed to, but because I have a passion for serving people and giving only the best for them.
As years went by, I dUpgrade to see actual info to try another career and tried to work in the teaching industry. I also love teaching people, especially kids, that's why it didn't become hard for me to teach. It was unique and quite challenging because we are teaching foreign students and because I have a passion for everything I do, I was promoted as a Head Teacher of the school. As a Head Teacher, I handle teachers and a certain program during peak season. I evaluate students and teachers' performances. Implement rules and regulations and make a schedule for the students. As I enhanced my experiences and skills, I was able to work as a Manager in a quick service restaurant. I have recieved several awards for my achievements and handled major systems such as Training and People Management.
I am a self-directed learner, I work with passion, I have a long patience, I can speak English, I can navigate computer, I have an average speed in typing and most of all, I can work well as an individual or with the team. I am a type of person who is willing to do everything to help the company to become successful in the business industry.
